Crystle Stewart Sebrechts is a former Miss USA (2008) and Miss Texas USA, an accomplished actress and leading advocate for young women. She was born and raised in Missouri City, Texas, a suburb of Houston. Crystle began competing in pageants in her early 20s. Shortly after her reign she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career and landed the role of Leslie in Tyler Perry’s For Better or Worse. She went onto join the cast of TLC’s Too Close To Home and recently had her big screen debut in Tyler Perry’s Acrimony. Upon returning to Houston, Crystle fulfilled her lifelong passion of opening a school for girls. Throughout her entertainment career, Crystle gained exclusive access to resources in the fashion and beauty industry and infused those resources into her one-of-a-kind finishing school, MISS Academy (Manners, Image, Style, and Success). Her extensive pageant and entertainment career combined with celebrity resources has helped her create a unique and trendy platform for ladies to obtain skills of a lifetime through the power of pageantry.
